Shipping scope and timing

Orders are prepared for the destinations offered during checkout. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 2–4 business days, but carrier timing is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Rates and delivery details

Any free-shipping eligibility, available service, and final charge are shown at checkout. Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address. A tracking notice is sent when tracking becomes available.

Delays, loss, and damage

If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting details so the issue can be reviewed with the carrier.
